Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at go-car-to. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy outlined below.
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@go-car-to.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and earrings. Additionally, any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return.
